a) Take out your SD card and check if the touchscreen works. If so, then replace a new card. Make sure the card meets our specifications (Class 10 card with a maximum 128 GB). We recommend Samsung or SanDisk 64GB, Class10.

b) Unplug your back camera cable. 1) if it works, that means there is something wrong with the video cable or rear camera. Please contact our customer service team to replace it. 2) If it still doesn’t work, please move to the next step.
