Try another card. Make sure the card meets our specifications (Class 10 card with a maximum 128 GB). We recommend Samsung or SanDisk 64GB, Class10.

Format your card to FAT 32 or exFAT on your computer, after that, put it in the device to format again.

Check the installation location. You should stick the GPS antenna on the dashboard with it facing up to receive a strong signal.

Note: Windshield with a reflective coating may emit heat to affect the GPS reception, you should stick it in the corner of your dashboard.

a) Clean the windshield with a lint-free cloth using water or alcohol.

b) Put the film on the windshield.

c) Stick the dashcam mount to the film by 3M tape, maintain pressure for 30 seconds.

d) Attach the dashcam to the mount.

The unit uses Micro USB port. So you need to purchase the hardwire kit with Micro type. Please check your vehicle's fuse type before purchasing the right type hardwire kit.
